I have been a full time licensed Realtor® with RE/MAX Kelowna since 2006. During the last several years, we have seen two very distinctly different real estate markets – a strong seller’s market, and a strong buyer’s market. These changes have played a very important role in shaping my systematic approach to selling real estate - having the ability to quickly adapt to changing market conditions can mean the difference between a successful quick sale and a long and drawn-out frustrating experience!

I love the real estate industry – it’s always changing, always exciting, and no two days are ever the same. It's so exciting to be a part of such a large event in people’s lives – the sale or purchase of a home.

I moved to Kelowna in 1990 from the small farming community of Arborfield, Saskatchewan. My wife Erin, and my young kids Ava, Benson and Madison love the Okanagan lifestyle – it’s no wonder so many people love to call this great city home!

In my free time, I love spending time with my family, camping, playing guitar, travelling, golfing and snowboarding.

Prior to selling real estate, I lived in Vancouver for a 6 years, in hopes of pursuing a career in music, playing in a band called Run The Red Light. And while our dreams of stardom never quite came true, we had a lot of fun, recorded several albums we are still very proud of, and enjoyed touring Canada over a dozen times. We had the pleasure of sharing the stage and touring with so many great artists including Stone Temple Pilots, Big Wreck, Default, Theory of a Deadman, Nickelback, Bif Naked, Tea Party, and many more! We've had our music featured on numerous TV shows, and even got to perform during the Vancouver Olympics in 2010. While music is still very much a passion of mine, marketing and selling properties, and spending time with my family is my main focus!
